Landscapes

Lots of artists like to photograph landscapes of a pretty woman walking on the beach at sunset or a colorful narrow street in a foreign city or perhaps sailboats casting reflections in the harbor. Not me. I prefer an extreme close up of unusual seedpods, or how the River Birch tree and its exfoliating bark patterns appear in morning light, better yet, a fox confronting an exotic bird in the deep forest…will the crafty foxes leap be quick enough to catch his dinner or will the canny bird slip off quickly to safety. I like images that often beg questions. Some of these landscapes are real, some are imagined. Let me show you how to see a bit differently, come take a look.
